[Remote] Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

PeopleCaddie is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional-Technical Consultant to support and enhance a client’s enterprise HCM environment, primarily focusing on Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Core HR. The role involves bridging functional HR processes with technical Oracle Cloud configuration, integrations, and reporting. Responsibilities • Configure and enhance Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) workflows, requisitions, job postings, approvals & candidate lifecycle • Support Core HR processes including Pending Worker, Onboarding, Hiring, and Security • Build/maintain integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL • Develop reports & dashboards with BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL • Configure the Redwood UX to offer an enhanced user experience • Lead workshops, gather requirements, document processes & support SIT/UAT/Go-Live • Provide ongoing functional support and knowledge transfer Skills • 5+ years experience with Oracle Cloud HCM • Strong hands-on expertise in ORC + Core HR • Technical proficiency with OIC, Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL • Experience configuring Redwood UX, Journeys, and Self-Service • Excellent communication and ability to work with business and IT stakeholders Company Overview • The talent cloud for the highly-skilled gig economy.
