You will primarily serve at the team level but will be expected to also inform and interact at all levels of organizations to partner at scale and create buy-in for change. Establish collaborative partnerships with key players in change and guide them through their own Lean-Agile change journey. Per customer need, you may be asked to establish Lean-Agile Center of Enablement, inform on practice standards in customer context, and instruct practices needed for customer success in their lean-agile. transformation. Required Qualifications: 10+ years experience across a full development life cycle at leadership level responsibilities. 5+ years experience in customer facing interactions where you partnered with stakeholders to guide them through Lean-Agile adoptions. 5+ years experience comprehending compelling reasons for change and sense of urgency, 5+ years experience capturing, understanding, and reliably conveying direct business needs and guiding the solutioning of complex problems. 5 + years competency of agile fundamentals such as lean-agile values, principles, and practices. As well, their optimal application and outcomes desired. Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or other Agile Certification required.
