Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities:
Ā Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Ā Assist members with account maintenance and transactions
Ā Resolve member complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Ā Promote products and services to members based on their needs
Ā Ensure accuracy and completeness of member records
Qualifications:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent
Ā 1-2 years of customer service experience
Ā Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
