Medical Writing Operations Associate
A company is looking for a Medical Writing Operations Associate (Remote). Key Responsibilities • Define the scope of formatting and report publishing activities, coordinating with document authors and performing quality reviews • Ensure document formatting and styles are consistent with regulatory standards, maintaining knowledge of RIMS styles and templates • Contribute to the development and maintenance of medical writing operations processes and act as a subject matter expert for stakeholders Required Qualifications • A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience in medical writing within a global pharma, biotech, or life sciences organization • High School diploma required; higher education may compensate for years of experience • Knowledge of clinical document organization, eCTD structure, and drug development processes • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and Adobe in a Windows environment, along with knowledge of publishing software and content management systems • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Apply tot his job
