[Remote] Ops Specialist II - Insurance

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KeyBank is seeking an Operations Specialist II to manage insurance compliance for a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans. This role involves analyzing insurance documents, coordinating with stakeholders, and overseeing escrow disbursements and casualty loss claims. Responsibilities Analyze insurance policies, appraisals, and operating statements for compliance Maintain accurate insurance data in the servicing system Manage escrow disbursements and force-placed insurance processes Ensure adequate insurance coverage for non-escrowed loans Administer casualty loss claims, including inspections and disbursements Communicate with borrowers, agents, and insurers to resolve issues Collaborate with internal departments to address discrepancies Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key Skills OR equivalent experience (required) 1+ years of commercial property insurance or related experience (required) Legal document review and interpretation (required) Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Commercial loan servicing or insurance agency experience (preferred) Benefits Incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance Company Overview At KeyBank we’ve made a promise to our clients that they will always have a champion in us.It was founded in 1849, and is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, US, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
