[Remote] MUMPS PSL Developer(Open on both w2 and c2c)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zillion Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced MUMPS PSL Developer to join their Retail Bank Technology division. This role involves designing, developing, and testing software solutions with a focus on system architecture and integration, while also leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Development Team Leader and business stakeholders to clarify and refine project requirements. • Lead and manage development tasks, user stories, and team activities in coordination with the Development Team Leader. • Drive team improvements and proactively identify technical or process enhancements. • Develop detailed technical specifications based on business and functional requirements. • Write clean, reliable, and well-documented code in MUMPS, PSL, and SQL. • Ensure code meets security, stability, and confidentiality standards in line with Capital One’s policies. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative team environment. • Track development issues and resolutions using tools such as JIRA. • Support junior developers and foster knowledge sharing within the team. Skills • Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing on the Profile application using MUMPS and PSL. • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing banking software, including financial product and reporting systems. • Minimum 2 years of experience leading projects and managing technical teams. • Minimum 2 years of experience in system design and implementation. • 4+ years of experience developing Windows-based desktop and server applications. • 3+ years of experience with Profile Scripting Language (PSL). • 3+ years working in an Agile development environment.
