Job Description Harborview Medical Center - Moderate Care Clinic has an outstanding opportunity for a Full-time Days Program Coordinator. WORK SCHEDULE Full-time Days (100% FTE) Mondays- Fridays 830am-500pm POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Conveniently located near public transportation Make a difference for the patients and employees we serve Opportunity to provide career growth PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Act as primary contact for patients and care team Schedule nursing visits and send appointment reminders for any related care Maintain patient lists in EPIC Screen for prior authorization expiration and regularly run active coverage screen Handle intake of relevant referral requests, ensuring complete information is received and entered into EPIC Ensure complete and accurate registration, including patient's demographic and insurance referral information are in EPIC Respond to inquiries by the appropriate route (telephone, fax, email, EPIC Care) and forward to the appropriate individual REQUIREMENTS High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty. OR Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.
