Job Title: ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Consultant Location: REMOTE Experience: 5+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) Consultant to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow LSD solutions that streamline legal operations, matter management, and legal workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with legal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities • Configure and implement ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD) modules • Design and customize legal workflows, case/matter management, and approvals • Configure intake forms, legal service requests, and SLAs • Work on automation, notifications, and reporting for legal operations • Integrate LSD with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC) • Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports • Support UAT, deployments, upgrades, and post-go-live support • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience • Strong hands-on experience with Legal Service Delivery (LSD) • Experience in case management, workflows, and catalog configuration • Good understanding of ServiceNow platform scripting (Business Rules, Flow Designer) • Experience with ACLs, roles, and security • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred / Nice to Have • ServiceNow LSD / CSA / CIS certifications • Experience with legal operations or compliance teams • Exposure to integrations and REST APIs Regards, VIJAY KUMAR A Contact: +1 Ext 119 vkm Cynosure Technologies, LLC 2401 Fountain View D, STE 502, Houston TX 77057 Apply tot his job
