Key Responsibilities • Execute pre-defined test cases on iOS and Android mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues. • Thoroughly document defects, including steps to reproduce, expected results, actual results, and relevant screenshots/videos. • Collaborate with development teams to understand feature requirements and provide feedback on design for testability. • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and contribute to team discussions regarding test progress and potential risks. • Perform regression testing to ensure new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality. • Assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases under the guidance of senior QA engineers. • Provide timely and constructive feedback to improve application quality and user experience. • Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technology trends and testing methodologies. Required Skills • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong interest in mobile technology and software quality assurance. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting defects and collaborating with teams. • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with various mobile devices and operating systems (iOS and Android). • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. • Proficiency in using common office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
