[Remote] Medicare Agent & Agency Onboarding Specialist (Customer Success & Implementation)

National Contracting Center (NCC) is seeking an Agent & Agency Onboarding Specialist to guide independent Medicare insurance agents and agencies through the process of launching and growing their business. In this role, you will help agents navigate carrier contracting, certifications, and onboarding requirements while ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed. Responsibilities β€’ Support independent Medicare agents and agencies through the onboarding process, including carrier contracting, certifications, and required steps before they begin selling β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, answering questions, setting expectations, and ensuring agents feel confident throughout the process β€’ Work closely with recruiting, contracting, marketing, training, commissions, and sales support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience β€’ Document onboarding progress, communications, and milestones in CRM systems to ensure visibility and coordination across the organization β€’ Help agents understand training resources, marketing opportunities, and strategies to launch and grow their businesses β€’ Maintain a strong understanding of senior insurance products and industry changes that impact agents and agencies β€’ Walking a new Medicare agent through their carrier contracting steps β€’ Troubleshooting a certification or licensing requirement β€’ Answering onboarding questions from a new agency partner β€’ Coordinating with recruiting or contracting teams on next steps β€’ Tracking agent onboarding progress in CRM systems β€’ Helping an agent plan their training and launch timeline β€’ Ensuring agents are fully prepared before transitioning them to sales support Skills β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience β€’ Experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, account management, or client support β€’ Experience working with CRM systems β€’ Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment β€’ Comfortable spending significant time communicating by phone β€’ Experience with Medicare or senior insurance products β€’ Experience supporting independent contractors or insurance agents β€’ Experience with Field Marketing Organizations (FMOs) or insurance carriers β€’ Familiarity with Salesforce β€’ Entrepreneurial experience or experience working with independent business owners Benefits β€’ Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and telehealth β€’ 401(k) with 100% match up to 5% with immediate vesting β€’ Student loan paydown assistance program β€’ Paid parental leave β€’ Paid compassionate leave (pregnancy loss/miscarriage) β€’ Paid caregiver leave β€’ Company-paid disability coverage β€’ Three weeks PTO β€’ Generously paid company holidays β€’ "Twixmas" β€” paid closure between Christmas and New Year’s Day after our busiest season β€’ Commitment to professional development β€’ Full access to LinkedIn Learning β€’ Collaborative, growth-oriented culture β€’ Opportunities to teach, learn, and improve processes Company Overview β€’ NCC is a Field Marketing Organization specializing in senior health insurance, annuities, and life insurance.
