Job Summary We're on the hunt for an experienced and skilled Producer - Broadcast to lead our video production projects from concept to delivery. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with brand teams, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to bring projects to life. Your expertise in video editorial, 2D/3D animation, and project management will be invaluable in driving projects forward and ensuring seamless execution. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Manage mid to high complexity video projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality output. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand teams, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to receive and review approved scripts and storyboards, and ensure seamless project execution. Video Production: Oversee all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, on-set management, post-production editing, and final delivery of videos to clients. Budgeting and Scheduling: Develop and manage project budgets, production schedules, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution. Client Communication: Serve as the primary liaison to agency teams and clients, providing regular project updates, and ensuring client satisfaction. On-Set Experience: Assist with on-set shoots, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality output. Post-Production: Manage post-production workflows, including editing, visual effects, and sound design. Essential Qualifications Experience: 2-3 years of experience in video production, with a focus on broadcast or similar industries. Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, or a related field. Skills: Strong understanding of video editorial and 2D/3D animation processes. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Proven leadership abilities and team player mentality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. On-Set Experience: At least 60 hours of on-set experience, with experience assisting on larger TV productions. Preferred Qualifications Experience: Experience working on domestic shoots, with a focus on broadcast or similar industries. Skills: Familiarity with project management software and tools. Experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Avid Media Composer. Knowledge of 2D/3D animation software, such as Blender or Maya.
