The role involves making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, and managing customer relationships through effective CRM utilization.ResponsibilitiesSells billable consumables consultatively by making outbound calls to customers and prospective customers in an assigned territory; details product features and pricing; determines customer needs and requirementsTakes inbound calls, reroutes if necessary; tracks customer needs or concernsProspects specific vertical markets to identify decision makers and influencersResponsible for CRM utilization and accurate pipeline management; enters orders into the appropriate systemDemonstrates high customer service skills; Works through objections to close net new businessSkillsHS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus less than one year of related experienceStrong interest in sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced challenging environmentSelf-starter with a positive outlook, great customer service skills and high energyExcellent written/verbal communication skills, including the ability to easily convey concepts to customers and employeesGood time management skills with the ability to work multiple projects/priorities with minimal supervisionExperience using a CRM system and experience with Microsoft OfficeSome College preferredBenefitsEmployee referral bonusEmployee discounts"Dress for Your Day" attire program (casual is welcome, based on your job function)Volunteer opportunities to give back to our local communitySwag!
