Duties:
- Greet patients by phone with a welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient information.
- Support the front office by handling phone calls
Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Experience with medical administrative support systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing phone calls.
- Knowledge of clinic operations and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with medical records management and maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- Spanish speaker
-Availability to answer calls 9am-5:30pm pacific time Monday through Friday.
- Reliable phone services
- Strong internet connection
Scheduling can be done through a desktop, or an app if you happen to he away from your home or office.
