REMOTE - Business Development Representative (Outbound New Business) - SaaS at SingleFile

What This Role Is: You're the first voice prospects hear from SingleFile. You generate new pipelines by identifying organizations that need what we offer, getting decision-makers on the phone, and setting qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
Your Day-to-Day:
ā¢ Make 80+ cold calls daily to prospects SingleFile hasn't worked with before
ā¢ Research target accounts to understand their practice areas, structure, and potential pain points
ā¢ Navigate past gatekeepers with persistence and professionalism
ā¢ Qualify prospects on budget, authority, need, and timeline in quick discovery calls
ā¢ Set 30+ SQL meetings per month that convert into pipeline
ā¢ Track all activity and outcomes in HubSpot
ā¢ Use ZoomInfo and other tools to build targeted prospect lists

Requirements:
ā¢ 2+ years as an SDR/BDR at a B2B SaaS company in an outbound-focused role
ā¢ Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota through cold outreach
ā¢ Experience generating new business pipeline (not managing existing accounts)
ā¢ Strong phone skills and ability to qualify prospects quickly
ā¢ Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar tools
Bonus:
ā¢ Experience prospecting into legal, compliance, or financial services
ā¢ Background at an early-stage startup where you built pipeline from scratch
ā¢ Located in Mountain or Pacific time zones
Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 + commission
