As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our agile technology team to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our Cornerstone large data platform. - Develop in-depth knowledge of VOC methods and leverage this expertise to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone platform. - Design and build robust data model architecture to facilitate efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. - Utilize transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality and accurate data through rigorous testing at various use case levels. - Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. - Power customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools. - Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity. - Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique. **Essential Qualifications** - Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years. - Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables. - Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop innovative solutions. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. - Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies. - Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices. - Certification in data science, data engineering, or a related field. **Benefits and Perks** - Competitive base salaries and bonus incentives. - Support for economic, physical, and mental well-being, including retirement planning and access to international on-site online wellness facilities. - Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid, onsite, or remote options, depending on position and business needs. - Generous paid parental leave policies (dependent on location). - Free and confidential counseling support through our Wholesome Minds application. - Career development and education opportunities, including training programs and mentorship initiatives. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
