This role is a key member of the wider HR team, which is committed to building a workplace that fuels growth for the business and each one of us. In this role, a typical day will look like: Serve as HR point of contact for inquiries Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures Manage assigned caseload in the ticketing system Dedicated to innovation, inspiring teams to meet and exceed expectations Resolve Tier 1 cases regardless of channel using knowledge database, FAQs and training Escalate cases to Tier 2 and 3 as needed Help to create and improve knowledge and resources Enter Workday transactions requested by People Leaders, HR Community and Associates using standard work documentation and knowledge articles. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information The essential requirements of the job include: 1-2 years in an HR, Customer Service or Shared Services role High School Diploma or equivalent Must speak Spanish and English for the LATAM region Experience with MS Office It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Excellent Excel skills HRIS systems, preferably Workday Case Management or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools Ability to speak Portuguese Videojet is proud to part of the Product Quality & Innovation segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
