Key Responsibilities
• Provide supervision for Associate Counselors, fostering their professional development
• Offer psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups
• Create individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulations
• Uphold ethical and legal standards in all interactions
• Engage regularly with referral sources and other healthcare providers
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including art therapists and medical professionals, to formulate effective treatment plans
• Stay informed on psychopharmacology and medical documentation standards
• Collect and assess data relevant to treatment outcomes
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to cultivate positive client relationships
• Work autonomously while promoting a collaborative team atmosphere

Required Skills
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor
• Expertise in providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups
• Proficiency in developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and medical documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical and legal guidelines
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals
