HYBRIDOur client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 international law firm, is seeking a talented Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its cutting-edge Technology Transactions & Privacy Practice Group. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on the forefront of emerging technologies—advising innovative companies, investors, and market leaders on complex technology, licensing, and intellectual property transactions across industries including artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, fintech, entertainment, and more.Candidate Profile • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record • Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing • 3+ years of substantive experience in technology transactions, IP licensing, or related areas • Experience drafting and negotiating licensing and technology agreements, advising on IP issues, and supporting M&A and financing transactions • Exposure to new technologies such as AI, blockchain, cloud computing, or digital media strongly preferred • Subject-matter expertise in enterprise software, cloud services, outsourcing, fintech and payment systems, mobile applications, e-commerce, gaming, digital content, and/or hardware • Prior experience at an AmLaw 50 firm or comparable environment required • Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, writing, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex transactions and collaborate effectively across teamsKey Responsibilities • Draft and negotiate technology and IP licensing, SaaS, and development agreements • Advise clients on IP ownership, data protection, and privacy issues in commercial transactions • Provide strategic counsel on the development, commercialization, and distribution of emerging technologies • Support mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions involving technology and intellectual property assets • Counsel start-bolthires and established companies on product development, manufacturing, and launch strategies • Collaborate with cross-practice teams to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutionsWhy Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to join a top-ranked practice on a team of exceptional legal talent, operating at the forefront of technology and privacy law.
