[Remote] Lead, Executive Talent Researcher

This role focuses on developing search strategies, cultivating passive talent pipelines, and building influential relationships with business leaders to attract top executive talent. Responsibilities • Develop and implement strategies to engage passive candidates • Partner with recruiters to refine sourcing and assessment approaches • Build and maintain a network of top prospects through ongoing market research • Screen, interview, and prepare candidates while anticipating hiring manager needs • Monitor marketplace trends and competitive opportunities • Lead special research projects and conduct primary and secondary research Skills • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training • 6+ years of corporate and/or executive recruiting experience, analytics, or talent management • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple strategic searches, projects, and client relationships • Experience building and driving talent initiatives and pipelines • Expertise in talent market analysis and talent intelligence methodologies • Analytical experience to create, measure, and scale efficient workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams • Ability to tell a compelling story with data insights; clear, concise communication that is commercially relevant • Deep understanding of executive search methodology • Capability-led assessment over title-led research • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and under pressure • Passion for recruiting diverse candidates • Knowledge and experience in data visualization and presenting talent insights Company Overview • Nike is a retail brand that provides the sale of apparel, footwear, sports equipment, and accessory products.
