[Remote] Freelance YouTube Ops Coordinator (Channel Manager)

ZATV is seeking an experienced YouTube Optimization Coordinator to handle day-to-day operations for client and company owned YouTube channels. The role involves managing content schedules, optimizing video uploads, and collaborating with teams to enhance channel performance. Responsibilities • Run the day-to-day operation across multiple YouTube channels. • Manage content schedules and track content production to ensure deadlines are met. • Upload content, ensuring channels adhere to YouTube best practices. • Collect assets for thumbnails and oversee design requests. • Monitor daily video performance. Collaborate in meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to evaluate channel activities and performance. • Write and edit optimized titles, descriptions, and keywords to align with best practices. • Conduct keyword research to stay up to date on platform developments and trends. • Provide support for thumbnail and community tab image creation. • Maintain comments sections and community tabs as assigned, including moderating offensive comments, responding to comments, etc. Skills • 1+ years of YouTube channel management experience. • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with team members and clients. • Exceptional attention to detail, administrative skills, and problem-solving abilities. • Outstanding time management skills, including the capacity to prioritize and multitask effectively.
