They are seeking a Java Backend Developer to work on integrations and develop web services, contributing to improving interoperability in healthcare. Responsibilities • Java experience in working with HL7 data (experience with HAPI api is a plus) • Help with integration via the HL7 and FHIR protocols • Develop restful webservices in java • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the above integrations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Skills • Bachelor’s degree in computer science. • 5+ years of experience in Java development. • Strong understanding of HL7 data and FHIR api. • Experience with Spring Framework. • Experience with version control systems such as Git. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Experience with HAPI api. • Experience with Spring Batch framework.
