Position: Intake Client Specialist
Location: Fully remote (must be located in Iowa)
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Intake Client Specialist to join our team. As an Intake Client Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing incoming documents, creating new clients, and updating existing clients in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Key Responsibilities:
Review and process incoming Medical Service Authorizations and medical paperwork to create new clients, update existing clients, and close accounts as needed
Correspond with Agency Case Managers via email, phone, and State Portal Messaging to resolve action items and gather necessary information
Troubleshoot and resolve account issues in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with internal business partners, including Logistics, Customer Care, Billing, and Compliance
Provide support to other departments for Intake-related inquiries
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Previous data entry experience
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Some college experience or equivalent
Medical Billing terminology knowledge
