[Remote] Insights Analyst (ROPS Reporting Analyst)

RemoteHunter is seeking an Insights Analyst (ROPS Reporting Analyst) to modernize data insights through the development of Tableau dashboards. The role focuses on creating real-time analytics tools to enhance decision-making in healthcare revenue cycle operations. Responsibilities Translate complex data into actionable insights to address operational challenges and opportunities Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations for self-service analytics Build relationships with business partners to map processes, document workflows, and identify reporting needs Collaborate with Database Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, Project Analysts, and Backend Analysts to ensure data accuracy and reliability Gather and synthesize feedback to iterate on dashboards and reporting approaches Provide support, troubleshooting, and documentation for dashboard users Contribute to user guides and training sessions to promote data use across the organization Skills Demonstrated experience translating data into business insights and recommendations Experience with dashboards and visualizations, preferably using Tableau or a similar BI platform Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Technical skills working with data through SQL, Excel, or similar tools Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Willingness to learn and expand skills Advanced Tableau experience is preferred Experience in healthcare analytics or revenue cycle operations is preferred Familiarity with SQL, ETL, data modeling, or data warehousing is preferred Background in process improvement, change management, or agile project delivery is preferred Experience supporting or training business users in BI solutions is preferred Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) match.
