Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. • Conduct market research to identify potential properties and assess market trends. • Utilize effective negotiation strategies to facilitate successful transactions for buyers and sellers. • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers. • Provide guidance on Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance throughout the buying and selling process. • Assist clients with property management inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and property listings through organized administrative practices. • Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or questions. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales or customer service within the real estate industry is preferred, however not required. • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse clientele. • Familiarity with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations is essential. • Organizational skills that enable you to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a broader client base. • Previous administrative experience in real estate or related fields is an asset. • A passion for helping others navigate the real estate market while providing exceptional service.
