Remote Inside Sales Representative - Healthcare | BrightSpring Health Services
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Amerita, a leading provider of Specialty Infusion services. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing a designated territory, providing education and care coordination to prescribers, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position supporting accounts in the Central Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a designated territory to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service to prescribers
Collaborate with outside sales representatives and pharmacy operations to improve prescriber experience and achieve sales objectives
Identify, rank, prospect, and develop key specialty practices and business relationships in neurology, immunology, and GI accounts
Provide education and product presentations to prescribers, and document customer interactions and updates in CRM
Utilize RAMConnect Tool to ensure efficient processing of account prescriptions and assist with prior authorizations and prescription renewal requests
Work collaboratively with sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

Requirements:
Associate degree or equivalent program from a two-year college or technical school, or certificate program in pharmacy and/or healthcare
2+ years of healthcare or customer service experience preferred, with familiarity with specialty providers, clinic, and hospital communities
Team player with excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills
Ability to maintain HIPAA patient confidentiality and work with minimal supervision
Proficient in data entry, verbal skills, computer skills, and ability to learn CRM software
