[Remote] Inside Sales Representative- Fitness Education Certifications

ISSA is an education and certification company for fitness trainers and coaches, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The role involves engaging with prospective students, conducting consultations, and guiding them to the right ISSA programs while meeting sales targets.ResponsibilitiesMake 120–200 outbound calls daily to prospective students from warm and cold listsConduct high-energy phone consultations to identify goals, build rapport, and recommend training programsManage your pipeline through a CRM with disciplined notes, tasks, and follow-upsClose sales in a short cycle (same-day to 7 days) using ethical persuasion and student-first judgmentConsistently meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targetsCollaborate with peers and leaders to improve scripts, objection handling, and conversion ratesRepresent ISSA’s mission and brand with integrity and enthusiasmSkills1+ years of phone-based inside sales experience in a quota-driven environmentDemonstrated ability to sustain high activity levels (120–200+ dials per day)Experience in short-cycle or one-call closes (same day to 7 days)Comfort working shift-based schedules in a fully remote setupStrong verbal communication, active listening, and empathyTrack record of hitting or exceeding individual sales targetsFamiliarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Continuously identifies opportunities to leverage AI tools for efficiency and innovationExperience in B2C or consumer-style B2B sales environmentsPrior success with outbound sales or lead follow-up campaignsHigh energy and resilience in competitive, metrics-driven settingsInterest in the fitness, health, or education industriesPrior ISSA certification or wellness industry exposureAdvanced CRM hygiene and data management habitsBenefitsFree Certifications: Who wants to be their best self?
