As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting and developing financial systems applications, as well as serving as an internal advisor to stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create effective solutions. You'll have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from data analysis and reporting to system maintenance and optimization. **What You'll Do** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your responsibilities will include: * Maintaining the Hyperion planning application, ensuring accurate and timely financial data * Approving data from Hyperion Financial Management and regulatory bodies * Investigating and resolving issues with data, including divisional roll-ups and intercompany transactions * Maintaining system upkeep, including client permissions and access controls * Providing support to clients with system issues, existing reports, forms, and models * Assisting with the preparation of detailed scenarios and analytical results examinations on complex financial issues and competitive industry analyses * Facilitating and completing monthly headcount processes using Hyperion * Updating Hyperion Planning with organizational changes, coordinating with regulators and GL teams * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine reporting business requirements, proposing and presenting effective solutions * Creating Essbase cubes, Planning Applications, Reports, and estimating and planning models for financial divisions **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Systems, or a related field * 2 years of work experience in a financial role, including experience with financial summaries, financial modeling, and analysis * A solid IT foundation, including experience with Prophet and complex and social database structures * Familiarity with Hyperion and development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience using Hyperion, as well as development and implementation experience (including Intelligent Disclosure, Essbase, Planning) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to new scientific methodologies related to financial issues * Ability to issue, modify, and analyze data * Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and ability to prioritize tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse situations **What You'll Get** As a valued member of the blithequark team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, as well as virtual doctor visits and flexible spending accounts * Health programs that provide the tools, resources, and support you need to be your best self * 401(k) program, with employer contributions available after one year * Additional benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more **Join the blithequark Family** At blithequark, we believe that diversity and inclusion are the foundation of a strong and effective workforce.
