Key Responsibilities:
Research and book hotel accommodations for clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel itineraries.
Communicate with hotels and other accommodation providers to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates for clients' stays.
Provide assistance and support to clients regarding hotel reservations, changes, cancellations, and other accommodation-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of hotel bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination of hotel bookings and travel arrangements.
