Job Description:
Our client is hiring a Beaker & CareEvolve Analyst to lead integration efforts and support for CareEvolve within the Epic Beaker ecosystem. This consultant will be instrumental in supporting reference lab workflows, order/result transmissions, and interoperability across lab systems.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manage and support the integration between Epic Beaker and CareEvolve.
ā¢ Optimize test ordering and result delivery processes between internal and external lab systems.
ā¢ Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to design, build, and test interfaces and workflows.
ā¢ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of lab results.
ā¢ Participate in build, testing, validation, and deployment cycles for lab interface-related projects.
ā¢ Lead meetings with operational stakeholders and external vendors to align goals and expectations.
ā¢ Identify and implement improvements in workflow automation, interoperability, and reporting.
ā¢ Assist in training and knowledge transfer for team members working with CareEvolve workflows.
Required Skills:
ā¢ 5+ years of LIS experience with Epic Beaker and CareEvolve integrations.
ā¢ Strong knowledge of lab outreach, reference lab workflows, and HL7 messaging.
ā¢ Experience managing interfaces for send-out labs and electronic result retrieval.
ā¢ Familiarity with test compendium mapping, LOINC codes, and lab data standards.
ā¢ Epic Beaker certification preferred.
Bonus/Soft Skills:
ā¢ Expertise in Excel Spreadsheets
ā¢ Any healthcare related certifications and work experience
