[Remote] Healthcare Data Integration Nerd

They are seeking to expand their Data Integration team, responsible for carrying data integration projects from inception to production, ensuring data quality and accuracy for clinical reporting. Responsibilities Analyze HL7 and XML transactions from various healthcare facilities against standards Work with healthcare facilities to understand the data they’re transmitting and where it deviates from standards; how to properly interpret it Identify and document transformations needed to ingest message to meet data model and data standards for use in downstream analytics Test message inputs, transformations and document results Work with data owner and vendors to resolve any open issues and validate where the source data originated from and that it matches their source system Perform data quality audits Perform all testing related to new subject areas and data sources Project tracking and documentation Assist with NCQA DAV certification evidence building, and other compliance audit materials linked to health data submission and transformation Skills Bachelor's Degree Clear, concise written and spoken communication skills Experience working with Microsoft suite Experience working with data sets and some data analysis Must be able to work remotely, US based only.
