At MIC\'D, our mission is to help creators go live, stand out, and earn more. Role Description This is a freelance remote role for a TikTok Live Creator Network Onboarder. As a TikTok Live Creator Network Onboarder at MICD, your job is to find and onboard talented livestreamers who represent the next wave of culture on TikTok. You\'ll connect with creators, introduce them to MICD\'s network, and help them join our TikTok LIVE program. Once onboarded, our internal team handles everything - from growth strategy and mentorship to campaign placements. Your mission? Spot raw talent, plug them into our ecosystem, and grow your own creator network. What You\'ll Do: Scout and recruit TikTok and Instagram creators with live streaming potential. Build relationships with digital creators, micro-influencers, and community-led talent. Introduce creators to MICD\'s TikTok LIVE opportunities. Support creators through onboarding and initial setup (no management required).
