Our mission is to provide a seamless omnichannel experience, combining physical and digital platforms to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Call Center Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system * Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing * Investigating to obtain missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving all data entry-related issues * Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as necessary * Resolving external exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements * Making phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve external exceptions * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary * Acquiring a dynamic specialist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintaining a current professional license or certification **Key Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing the computer + Using the mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online * Essential web search skills, including: + Opening a program + Writing in URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports) * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years old or older **Preferred Requirements:** * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction * Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour * Opportunity to work from home in a remote setting * Comprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within arenaflex * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
