Key Responsibilities

Support the design, analysis, and implementation of new processes and technology solutions.
Identify necessary changes to achieve desired future states.
Build and nurture positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective change management.
Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and team members.
Set up and maintain SharePoint/TEAMS sites for project collaboration.
Document meeting notes and action items during key discussions.
Oversee daily operations within specific workstreams.
Contribute to the development of work products and deliverables.
Conduct data analyses that lead to insightful observations and recommendations.
Adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office365.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
A Bachelors degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
2-3 years of experience in healthcare or business consulting.
U.S. citizenship, as required by our clients.
