Contract Data Analyst – RepairPal, Inc. – Atlanta, GA

Job title: Contract Data Analyst Company: RepairPal, Inc. Job description: Job description RepairPal is looking for a REMOTE DATA ANALYST to join our Data Science team on a contract-to-hire basis. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into decisions. Intent is to transition contractor into a full-time employee position after six months, based on job performance. 100% Remote Work. $35-$40/hour. Responsibilities • Work closely with management and other teams to prioritize business and information needs • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions from stakeholders or out of self-initiated curiosity • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports • Maintain and improve the existing data warehouse and ETL system • Up to 90% of this role consists of writing SQL queries Qualifications • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Management • 3-5 years working experience in data analysis • Fluent in programming languages such as SQL (preferably PostgreSQL SQL) and Python • Proficiency in Linux and Bash scripts • Working experience with Google Cloud Platform • Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations • Ability to collect requirements and present results to stakeholders at all levels of the business • Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization • Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Ability to work independently and individually to complete projects successfully Please note: Applicants will be asked to complete a technical assessment as part of the pre-hire screening process.
