National Sales Manager (Fencing or perimeter security exp req)

Location: Must live in GA, LA, NC, SC, TN, or TX w/in 100 miles of airports

Salary: $160,000 to $180,000 + 20% Bonus (OTE = $192k - $216k)

Travel: up to 50% travel via car and air to support the sales team

National Sales Manager (Fencing or perimeter security exp req) Description

Our client in the outdoor security solutions industry is looking for a Remote National Sales Manager to add to their team. You will manage and develop the regionally based sales team for our client’s Residential, Light Commercial, and High-Security products. This role involves developing strategic initiatives to enhance market presence and ensure the sales team achieves sales targets. Your goal is to build strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s position as a leader in the security industry. To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of developing successful sales teams, managing budgets, and developing forecasts. Ideal candidates will be experienced fencing or perimeter security industry sales managers, a thought leader, and a motivator. National Sales Manager (Fencing or perimeter security exp req) Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies

Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics

Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets

Monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends

Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives

Train, develop, and motivate the sales team

Work with end users, contractors, and specifiers to support brand expansion

Coordinate with Estimators and Project Coordinators to ensure proper quotes

Guide sales techniques, product knowledge, and market positioning

Conduct regular performance evaluations

Implement training and development initiatives

National Sales Manager (Fencing or perimeter security exp req) Qualifications

8+ years of Outside Sales or Business Development experience required

3+ years of Sales Management (managing at least 2 direct reports) experience required

2+ years of Perimeter Security, Fencing, or related industry experience required

Experience Setting Up Territories Required

Developing Sales Budgets and Forecasts experience required
