[Remote] Go To Market Strategy & Operations Manager (GTM Lead) - Auto Insurance
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Opsana HR is a veteran-owned insurance technology start-up focused on modernizing the insurance industry. The GTM Lead will be responsible for market development and revenue generation for a new auto insurance technology platform, involving hands-on business development and collaboration with the CTO.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the auto insurance platform
ā¢ Own the full revenue lifecycle: build pipeline, close new customers
ā¢ Build senior-level relationships with agency principals, carriers, Managing General Agents (MGA) and Third Party Administrators (TPA)
ā¢ Partner with CTO and founder to translate feedback into product requirements
ā¢ Create business cases, Return On Investment (ROI) models, and business plans for new segments
ā¢ Represent the company at select industry events
ā¢ Establish repeatable sales and account management processes
ā¢ Provide regular updates on pipeline, forecast, and key metrics
Skills
ā¢ 10+ years in auto insurance (agency, carrier, MGA, TPA) with proven new business track record
ā¢ Demonstrated success in startup or new-product launch environment
ā¢ Strong solopreneur profile (self-starter, strong work ethic, independent)
ā¢ Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Insurtech/SaaS solutions
ā¢ Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Insurance, or related field required
ā¢ Property & Casualty (P&C) license and advanced insurance designations (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM) preferred
