We are seeking a motivated Insurance Agent or a Non LIc Agent to join our team No Lic is Required . The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Our Funeral Assistance Plan to new and existing clients, Adding a Funeral Assistance Plan to the Portfolio Just Make sense
You will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base. This is a key role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success.
Ā *Responsibilities:**
- Sell and Market our Funeral Assistance Plans all across the USA
- Grow a Large Sales Team across the USA (Leads Provided)
- Find leads, Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Conduct policy reviews and update policies as needed
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments
Ā *Experience:**
- Proven work experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related... field
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong background in retail sales or customer service
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Multilingual abilities are beneficial
- Experience in sales administration and benefits administration is advantageous
