**Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – AI and Machine Learning Research and Development**

As a key member of our Information Researcher group in the Applied Item group, you will play a crucial role in shaping the data-driven product development culture for either consumer products or designer platforms at arenaflex. You will define our north-star metrics, design our first A/B tests, and establish source-of-truth dashboards that the entire organization can use to answer their own product questions. Specifically, you will be a core member of the product development group building our first-party offerings. **Job Summary:** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team at arenaflex. As a data scientist, you will work closely with the product development group to drive growth and improvement by uncovering better ways to work on the product. You will define and decipher A/B tests that help answer fundamental questions about the impact of model and UX changes to our product. You will also establish an data-driven product development culture by driving the definition, tracking, and operationalizing of feature, product, and organization-level metrics. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the product development group as a trusted partner, uncovering better ways to improve the product and drive growth. * Define and decipher A/B tests that help answer fundamental questions about the impact of model and UX changes to our product. * Establish a data-driven product development culture by driving the definition, tracking, and operationalizing of feature, product, and organization-level metrics. * Create and integrate dashboards, reports, and other tools to empower the group and organization to answer product data questions in a self-serve way. **Qualifications:** * 5+ years of experience in a quantitative role exploring highly ambiguous conditions, preferably as an early data researcher or product researcher at a hyper-growth product organization or research organization. * Proposed, planned, and run thorough tests with clear insights and product suggestions using SQL and Python. * Defined, implemented, and operationalized new feature and product-level metrics without prior experience. * Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with product managers, designers, and executives alike. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Shown related knowledge in NLP, large language models, or generative artificial intelligence. * Strong programming foundation, with ability to run simulations and model variations. * Experience validating quantitative insights with qualitative methods (e.g., surveys, UXR). **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
