Job Responsibilities
• Accurately input, update, and maintain patient information in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards (HIPAA).
• Maintain organized digital files and documentation to facilitate easy retrieval and review.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance data management skills.
• Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in data entry, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (experience with specific software is a plus).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

The pay range for this role is:
23.15 - 25.31 USD per hour(Remote (Providence, Rhode Island, US))
