Remote Full Time Full Stack Developer (React+ Amazon Connect)
Position Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Amazon Connect Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time (FTE) Position Overview: Design, develop, and deliver full-stack solutions for Amazon Connect based contact center platforms Build high-performance applications that enhance agent productivity and customer experience Work across frontend, middleware, and cloud/serverless layers Key Responsibilities: Design and develop full-stack applications using React.js framework Build scalable frontend architectures supporting high-volume user traffic Develop middle-tier services using Python and Java Implement serverless components using AWS Lambda Integrate applications using Amazon Connect Streams.js API and OOTB widgets Build and maintain integrations with Amazon Connect backend services Optimize performance, scalability, and availability of applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UX, and cloud engineers Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of professional full-stack development experience Strong frontend expertise with JavaScript, React, Redux Experience designing high-traffic, scalable frontend architectures Middle-tier development experience using Python and Java Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architectures Experience working with Amazon Connect Streams.js API Ability to integrate and interact with Amazon Connect backend systems Experience with Contact Center or Agent Desktop applications (Amazon Connect preferred) Nice to Have: Contact center or customer experience domain background Agent experience / UX design exposure Advanced state management in complex React applications Performance optimization for high-traffic web applications Apply tot his job
