Responsibilities and Duties:
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
Ensure all documents are properly labeled and stored
Scan and upload documents into digital databases
Retrieve and file documents as needed
Assist with document organization and record-keeping tasks
Communicate with team members to ensure all filing needs are met
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a file clerk or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
