Remote Experienced Retail Pharmacy Technicians
Description Long Term Care Pharmacy is seeking an Experienced Retail Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service skills to join our team Remotely! We offer a competitive salary and benefit package. Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities • Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager • Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries • Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner • Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times. • Clarify orders as needed Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Requirements • Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License • Previous experience in pharmacy • LTC pharmacy experience preferred • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Moderate to advanced computer skills, required • Great telephone etiquette a must • Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus • High school diploma or equivalent, required EEO Statement, SpecialtyRx, Inc. is fully committed to employing a diverse workforce.
