About the role Trustpair is seeking a proactive and experienced Lead QA to champion the quality and security of our B2B SaaS platform. In a role pivotal to maintaining the financial integrity of our clients, you will orchestrate the processes and select the tooling necessary to elevate the overall quality of our solutions. You will be instrumental in driving a "shift-left" approach to quality, embedding security and reliability into the very foundation of our development lifecycle. As a key player in our growing Platform team, you will also lead significant cross-functional quality initiatives, such as migration plans, and coordinate our support efforts to ensure a seamless customer experience. This position is open to either hybrid or full remote for candidates based in France. What you'll do: Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Test Automation Strategy: Design and execute a strategic plan for the automation of testing across the Trustpair platform, ensuring robust coverage and efficiency Oversee Critical Deployments: Take a hands-on role in the validation and sign-off of critical deployments to our production environment, ensuring stability and security Establish and Monitor Key Quality Metrics: Implement and track KPIs for quality, such as Deployment Frequency, Change Failure Rate, and Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR), to drive continuous improvement Strengthen Production Support: Act as a key liaison for our technical support teams in the qualification and analysis of production issues, including bugs and incidents.
