Known for its collaborative approach and commitment to innovation, the company is expanding its operations and offers excellent growth opportunities.Note: While this position starts fully remote, there will be a transition to working in-office a couple of days per week once the company secures its new office location in Dublin, GA.
Job Description
ā¢ Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up and interior construction projects.
ā¢ Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
ā¢ Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
ā¢ Collaborate with project managers and clients during preconstruction phases.
ā¢ Ensure accuracy and competitiveness in all proposals.
ā¢ Maintain updated cost databases and industry pricing trends.

The Successful Applicant
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in estimating for commercial construction projects.
ā¢ Proven experience with healthcare, MOB, and telecommunications projects.
ā¢ Strong proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
ā¢ Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to hybrid work.
ā¢ Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
