Associate Brand Manager, Brand Governance

Overview Join Resmed's dynamic Brand team as an Associate Brand Manager, Brand Governance. This role is ideal for a brand savvy individual eager to grow their career in brand strategy and execution. You'll be instrumental in supporting the governance, activation, and consistent representation of Resmed's brand and its portfolio. You will work cross functionally to manage brand assets, help evolve brand guidelines, and support brand training initiatives across the company. Location: This role offers remote work flexibility, with a requirement to be based in either San Diego, CA or Lyon, France. Key Responsibilities Brand asset and governance support • Curate and manage the Brand Space and global asset platform, ensuring brand elements-logos, templates, and visuals-are logically organized and easy to navigate. • Serve as the first line support and review for internal teams seeking brand guidance or assets. • Enforce brand standards and escalate inconsistencies as needed. • Partner with teams across Resmed to accelerate and execute the rebrand of assets with impact and consistency. Brand guidelines maintenance and communication • Update and document brand guidelines including visual identity, tone of voice, and cobranding rules. • Communicate brand updates clearly across the organization. • Identify and document common misuses, questions, and areas needing improvement based on reviews, feedback, and brand best practices. Enablement and training • Assist in developing and delivering brand training sessions and enablement resources. • Create self-service tools, playbooks, and FAQs for internal partners. Cross functional collaboration • Liaise with teams in marketing, legal, product, people, and creative to ensure brand alignment and consistency. • Support implementation of brand elements across integrated campaigns. • Support various re-brand initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across the company. Audit and compliance monitoring • Participate in brand audits and reporting. • Track and analyze brand implementation feedback and KPIs. • Track and report on brand platform analytics What you bring • 3-5 years of experience in brand governance, brand marketing, or creative operations. • Familiarity with brand systems, compliance, and multiband environments. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Experience with DAM systems like Brandfolder, Frontify, or Bynder. • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaborative tools. Bonus skills • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or medtech industries. • Background in brand agencies or design ops roles. • Exposure to global brand systems or M&A brand integration. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At Resmed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position in the United States is: $97,000 - $121,000 - $145,000 USD.
