[Remote] Entry-level Legal Writer - Business Immigration (Remote-PST Hours)

They are seeking an Entry-level Legal Writer to prepare and file writing-intensive immigration cases, contributing to the successful completion of various cases handled by the firm. Responsibilities Collecting and reviewing documents received from petitioners Conducting internet research for relevant case facts Completing case-related forms using information received from petitioners Drafting persuasive, detailed case documents, including support letters and complex RFE responses for petitions Compiling case exhibits in an organized and efficient manner Assembling exhibits and other case documents into a single case file to be printed and sent to the appropriate agency by the Firm’s in-office administrative support team Entering data accurately and consistently into internal data management platforms Helping to draft and send communication to clients regarding visa instructions, approval notices, and welcome packages, alongside more senior team members Skills Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and strong legal writing exposure (e.g., paralegal studies, political science, etc.) Strong writing ability, with excellent command of grammar, clarity, and structure Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills Proven and effective writing ability Strong organization, process, and computer skills Coachability/Willingness to learn, open to feedback and comfortable working in structured workflows with revisions Tools & systems fluency. Comfortable learning and using new platforms quickly and can follow structured workflows (templates, SOPs, checklists, etc.) Experience with advanced formatting, comments, versioning in documents, project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc., legal research platforms, and CMS platforms Company Overview WR Immigration is an immigration law company that offers global visa services It was founded in 1986, and is headquartered in Santa Monica, California, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
