Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of enrollment, group information, and research to respond to member, employer, and eligibility inquiries
Provide top-notch customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through accurate data entry and effective communication
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ year of customer service experience
