Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex’s Lewisville, TX hub, you will be the frontline champion of our customers’ experience. You’ll dive deep into order details, resolve inquiries, and guide customers through our website and ordering platforms, ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards that define the arenaflex brand. Key Responsibilities

Process inbound and outbound customer orders with precision using our state‑of‑the‑art call‑center technology.
Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat, delivering timely and accurate information.
Guide customers through the arenaflex website, assisting with navigation, product selection, and online ordering procedures.
Develop deep product knowledge to answer questions about specifications, pricing, and shipping options confidently.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, logistics, and warehouse staff—to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment.
