As a Remote Data Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product information on our Amazon platform. You'll play a vital role in enhancing our online presence and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately inputting and updating product details (descriptions, prices, images) into our Amazon seller account. • Maintaining data integrity by ensuring all product information aligns with company guidelines. • Conducting regular quality checks to verify data accuracy and consistency. • Collaborating with team members to optimize data management processes. • Meeting deadlines and productivity targets to support business objectives. Qualifications: • Proven proficiency in data entry with a strong emphasis on accuracy and typing speed. • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity. • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (or a willingness to quickly learn). • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace with a computer/laptop. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience with Amazon product listing and data entry. • Basic HTML or Markdown knowledge for formatting product listings. • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment.
