[Remote] Data Analyst (Data Visualization tools - Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, SQL)

The Data Analyst role involves enabling data-driven decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency through data analytics and visualization tools.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Analyze complex business datasets to generate actionable insights for business processes such as (but not limited to) Long Range Forecasting, Strategic Workforce Planning, Purchase Service Strategy, Normalized Applied Hours etc
ā¢ Prepare data based on drilldown analysis with SMEs and ensure alignment with Standard Work requirements
ā¢ Answer questions visually as defined in standard work
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as finance, HR, Digital Technologies, engineering and SMEs to identify requirements, data trends and opportunities for continuous process improvement
ā¢ Develop and deploy documentation for standard work. Train stakeholders
ā¢ Lead change management efforts for data and visualization updates
ā¢ Address issues promptly to ensure data and visualization integrity
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
ā¢ Experience in data analytics, visualization, and tool development
